Claire Robin Adler is an ACS Certified Cheese Professional®. She creates perfect pairings, arrangements, and boards for all your cheese needs.

I developed a passion for cheese at a young age, but it didn't occur to me that I could work in cheese professionally until much later. After working in a wine and cheese bar for years as the Cheese Director, I eventually earned my certification as an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional® (ACS CCP).

Eventually, I left the industry full-time, but I still create cheese boards, consult on purchasing and pairings, and teach classes on cheese in my spare time. 

I hope to show you the beauty and complexity of cheese, while also making it simple and easy to put together the perfect arrangement!
